Stopped by while in town and this spot did not disappoint. I had a vanilla muffin, matcha latte, and mimosa to start off my birthday celebration. The staff was friendly and the food/drinks were tasty. The cafe was welcoming and comfortable!

Met my family here for breakfast and enjoyed it. I was really hungry and we ordered a latte, egg sandwich, beignets, hot honey and biscuits. We also got the turkey sandwich. The latte was awesome. The egg sandwich was okay, as was the turkey sandwich. The egg sandwich was a little plain but hot sauce helped. I enjoyed the biscuits with honey and beignets. I'd come back for the coffee, snacks and beignets since it's the perfect casual spot for breakfast.

Wow I've been eyeing this place for a long time Today I finally decided to stop by and give it a try and I just gotta say I took way too long... they have amazing sandwiches, I had the muff-a-lotta and the beignets, both were to die for! The sandwich was big and warm soooo tasty! Make sure you ask for mayo! it goes really well with it! The beignets are freshly made the best I've had! It's a very chill vibe inside, I already wanna go back for their weekend menu!

The service is friendly. The food is...meh. I had a lot of high hopes since it's a New Orleans style place but the flavor just wasn't there. If you're looking for a quick bite though, it's not so bad!

Bayou Bakery is a great option if you are looking for a coffee shop in the Arlington Courthouse area. I tried the salmon toast and beignets. Both were good. The salmon toast has a surprisingly large serving of greens on top of the toast. The bakery has a nice causal vibe with outdoor seating.

So good! We had a biscuit sandwich (build your own), cornbread & a latte. Biscuit was insanely good and the bacon was thick and generous. Cornbread was moist and sweet. The latte wasn't great but it was fine. Seating is crazy on a Saturday- you could always pick up and walk over to chairs by the AMC or in the park! All in all will be back again. Mobility friendly. No pride flags seen but likely LGBTQ friendly based on the neighborhood.

I've beeb to Bayou Bakery a couple of times and my recent visit for coffee with friends before work was enjoyable. Weekday mornings are pleasantly quiet, perfect for a peaceful start, though weekends can get quite crowded. The ambiance is cozy but not ideal for larger groups as seating can be limited. I tried the Praline scone, which leaned more towards a cookie (it was kind of flat) but it was good with the herbal tea I ordered. My friends enjoyed their lattes and definitely a better experience for them than trying to fight our way through a Starbucks. It's a quaint spot for a quick coffee fix before heading to work.

Definitely recommended Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar & Eatery! Quick service. Really good food and coffee. We dined inside and it was really inviting with people enjoying their breakfast and a couple of folks working on laptops. I had a large black coffee and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy had chicken sausage and a brown gravy/broth. It was so good and nothing like I have had as I am familiar with a thicker white, flour and milk based gravy and this was something else. We had to ask for the biscuits and gravy as it is not in the menu.
